ABOUT
Tayler Tibbitts is a fifth-generation Idahoan. His reasonable, common sense approach to practicing law allows him to build consensus and problem solve effectively. His practice focuses on real estate transactions, business law, and estate planning.

After graduating from Salmon High School in 2004, Tayler volunteered two years as a missionary for his church in Taiwan, where he developed fluency in speaking, reading, and writing Mandarin Chinese. He then graduated summa cum laude with degrees in Accounting, Economics, and Mandarin Chinese from Brigham Young University-Idaho in 2010. While in college he also worked part-time as a contracted insurance examiner for the Nevada, Delaware, and Colorado Departments of Insurance.

Tayler attended the University of Virginia School of Law, graduating in the top of his class in 2013. He was the managing editor of the Virginia Law Review and spent his law school summers clerking for The Honorable B. Lynn Winmill, Chief Judge of the U.S. District Court of Idaho, and working as a summer associate for the prestigious Washington D.C. law firm, Williams & Connolly.

Following law school, Tayler clerked for The Honorable N. Randy Smith of the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. After this one-year clerkship concluded, Tayler joined the litigation department of Hawley Troxell Ennis & Hawley in Boise, Idaho, where he worked until the end of 2015. For the ensuing two years, Tayler worked for NexTitle, a title and escrow company, in Boise, Idaho, founding its commercial real estate department and ultimately becoming the manager over all of NexTitle's Idaho operations. From 2017 to 2019, Tayler moved home to Salmon, Idaho and operated his own law firm before being recruited back to NexTitle when it was acquired by ET Investments out of Denver, Colorado (and re-named Empire Title). Tayler served as Empire's general counsel and commercial department manager until September of 2022, when he joined Fidelity National Title as their Vice President and County Manager. He oversees all of Fidelity's operations in the state of Idaho and is responsible for leading both the residential and commercial divisions.

Tayler is licensed to practice law in the state of Idaho and admitted to practice before Idaho state courts, the United States District Court for the State of Idaho, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.

Tayler is also engaged in a number of other entrepreneurial endeavors, including Got Game Technologies (a software development company in the outdoor industry) and Business Links Boise (a golf networking group). Tayler also volunteers with various community organizations, including the Kuna Urban Renewal Agency, Kuna Klub Wrestling and Kuna PAL Flag Football. Tayler enjoys spending time with his wife and five children exploring Idaho's vast public lands, lifting weights, archery hunting, playing golf, and studying the U.S. Constitution.
